Refunds for consulting services are not applicable if the client has not provided clear and actionable feedback regarding their dissatisfaction within the initial consultation period.
Digital Products and Services:
For digital products or services that are part of our consulting package, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be given.
